With the end of Irish summer time several airlines are reducing the frequency of their services for the winter season.  American Airlines have dropped the Chicago, New York-JFK & Charlotte routes leaving just a daily service to Philadelphia (using a 757 in place of an A330).  United are down to a daily service to Newark but are using the larger capacity 767-400 and will also continue with five services/week on the Washington-Dulles route.
Delta have dropped the Atlanta route for the winter but continue with a daily service to New York-JFK using a mix of A330s and 767s. Today's 767 wears a special "Breast Cancer Research Foundation" livery.
On the upside, KLM made a welcome return today on scheduled services from Amsterdam.  Initally, there will be two services per day using Embraer 190s but from next March this will rise to four daily round trips.
Flybe also launched a new service today from Doncaster (6 times/week).
Ryanair's latest 737 entered service this morning to Edinburgh.
